Lenny holds a BBA in Marketing from Hofstra University as well as a master's-level education in Elementary Education also Special Education from Monmouth University. Lenny has been a professional in the financial advisory field since 2015, establishing his work on the philosophy that genuine human connection drives better financial outcomes.

Outside of his work, Lenny is a lifelong New York sports fan who roots for the Jets, Yankees, Knicks, & New Jersey Devils. Football season carries special meaning, also he is a devoted follower of Jets home games where the tailgate scene with family in addition to close friends is as much a part of the experience as the game itself. Lenny also enjoys cooking, with beloved go-to meals like his mac Lenny Thor together with cheese, pulled pork, not to mention his now-famous "Lennyburgers" becoming something of a local legend among family also friends. Lenny is a summer beach regular, making his way back to each summer to Point Pleasant Beach on the Jersey Shore.

At the center of everything he does is family. Leonard Thor is a husband with proud father to two young children plus lives in Marlboro, NJ. Leonard Thor brings the same steadiness & genuine enthusiasm to his family life that he brings to his work with clients. Lenny Thor also is currently in his role as President of his HOA, showing a long-standing commitment to his community that dates back to 2012.
